With a cap of just 12 participants per class, BANTA Fitness offers a personalised and attentive experience. Our environment fosters deep connections with both trainers and peers, making every session feel as though it’s been custom-made for you, filled with encouragement and a sense of achievement.

Each session lasts 45 minutes, providing the perfect balance of structure and flexibility to fit into your busy schedule. Choose from strength, hybrid, or functional classes, each designed to align with your personal fitness goals and preferences, allowing you to discover the joy of exercise in a variety that suits you best.
